Contest: YBS Raining Cats and Dogs Photo Contest

How to Enter:
Participants may submit photos of their cat or dog to YourBigSky.com from Wednesday April 2nd 8:00AM, through Friday May 9th 9:00AM. Participants may submit up to 4 photos of all of their pets but may not submit more than one pose per pet.
Any participant who submits more than one pose per pet will be disqualified from participation.
Viewers will be asked to vote for their favorite pet between Monday May 12th 8:00AM until Tuesday May 27th 8:00AM.
The pet photo with the most votes wins 1st prize; there will also be a 2nd place awarded to the pet with the next highest number of votes.
Winners will be posted on YourBigSky.com and will be notified via email. If a winner is unreachable after four (4) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected.
All results posted on YourBigSky.com are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

Rules for Participation:
Participants must be at least 13 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest.
No purchase is necessary to enter this Contest. The promotion is open to US residents residing within the KSVI/KHMT DMA except employees of KSVI/KHMT, YourBigSky.com, Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc., Mission Broadcasting, Inc. (collectively, the “Stations”), employees of other television and radio Stations in the KSVI/KHMT DMA, the affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies (if any) of all of the foregoing, and members of the families or persons living in the same household of all of the foregoing.
Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.
By participating in the Contest, all participants, including winners, agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Contest, without any further compensation from Station. Winners agree to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize. By accepting the prize, each winner grants to Station and any sponsors the right to use the winner’s name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).
All content submitted by participants may be used by the Station and sponsors for any purpose without further compensation or notice.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of any automated voting will lead to votes being voided. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Station or sponsors/judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Station/Sponsors/judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest or conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties, notice will be posted at YourBigSky.com. Station reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website, or violates the Official Rules of the Contest.
The Station reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise indicated, all prizes must be picked up at the Station located at 445 South 24th Street West, Billings, MT 59102 within ten days of notification or the prize becomes null and void.
The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright of the Station. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, releases the Station, all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
The Station and any sponsors are not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, any other error or malfunction, late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries, or for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form or the rules.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9, as requested. Winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number and a copy of a current government-issued photo identification in such form as requested by YourBigSky.com and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability release form before the prize may be claimed.
This contest is void where prohibited by law. This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
Nexstar Broadcasting reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
