Munchie Madness Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES
Prizes: 8 Gift
Card/Certificate Parcels containing a variety of gift cards and/or
certificates from the participating pizza restaurants. (Approximate
retail value of each prize package is $80.00.
Eligibility:
No
purchase necessary to enter or win. The "Munchie Madness” Sweepstakes
(this "Sweepstakes") is open to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older
residing in the KSVI/KHMT viewing area.
Employees of the
Guidos/Pug Mahons, Brunos, Ra Ra’s Pizzeria, Carbone’s, Sam and Louies,
Redneck Pizza, Ciao Mambo, Bullman’s Pizza, Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc.,
Mission Broadcasting, Inc., (Nexstar, Mission, KSVI, KHMT,
YourBigSky.com, other television and radio stations or multichannel
video programming distributors in the KSVI and KHMT viewing area, the
respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising or promotions
agencies (if any) of all of the foregoing, and members of the immediate
families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses,
regardless of where they reside) or persons living in the same household
(whether or not related) of all the foregoing are not eligible to
participate or win. Participants are eligible to win a KSVI, KHMT or
YourBigSky.com sweepstakes or contest only once every sixty (60) days.
Participants are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only
once every six (6) months. Entrants may vote once per day, per bracket.
Only one winner per household is permitted in any sweepstakes or
contest.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and
local regulations and laws and is void where taxed, restricted or
otherwise prohibited. By entering, participants agree to abide by these
Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which will be final
and not subject to appeal. The Sweepstakes is open to individuals only.
Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in this
Sweepstakes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to
the website Terms of Use and to the use of his or her personal
information as described in the Privacy Policy located at
YourBigSky.com.
Entry and Award Round One:
1. Round One of
this Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00 AM MT on Monday, March 23, 2015,
and end Monday, April 6, 2015 at 8:00 AM MT.
2. To enter,
participants must go to the promotions page for this Sweepstakes at
YourBigSky.com and follow the voting instructions. Participants should
(a) complete the online entry form in its entirety and (b) vote for
their favorite pizza restaurant. Entrants may vote for one restaurant
per bracket. Round One will feature 8 pizza restaurants.
3. One
(1) entrant per bracket will be randomly drawn at or about 9:00 AM MT on
Monday, April 6, 2015. The entrant will be selected from all eligible
entries received prior to 7:59:59 A.M. MT, Monday, April 6, 2015. The
winners will be posted on YourBigSky.com and will also be notified by a
phone call and/or email.
4. The applicable winner must appear in
person at the KSVI/KHMT station by 3:00 PM MT, Friday, April 10, 2015,
to claim their prize.
Entry and Award Round Two:
1.
Round Two of this Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00 AM MT on Tuesday, April
7, 2015, and end Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at 8:00 AM MT.
2. To
enter, participants must go to the promotions page for this Sweepstakes
at YourBigSky.com and follow the voting instructions. Participants
should (a) complete the online entry form in its entirety and (b) vote
for their favorite pizza restaurant. Entrants may vote for one
restaurant per bracket. Round Two will feature the 4 pizza restaurants
with the most number of votes from Round One.
3. One (1) entrant
per bracket will be randomly drawn at or about 8:00 AM MT on Tuesday,
April 21, 2015. The entrants will be selected from all eligible entries
received prior to 7:59:59 A.M. MT, Tuesday, April 21, 2015. The winner
will be posted on YourBigSky.com and will also be notified by a phone
call and/or email.
4. The applicable winner must appear in person
at the KSVI/KHMT station by 3:00 PM MT, Friday, April 24, 2015, to claim
their prize.
Entry and Award Final Round:
1. The Final
Round of this Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00 AM MT on Wednesday, April
22, 2015, and end Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at 8:00 AM MT.
2. To
enter, participants must go to the promotions page for this Sweepstakes
at YourBigSky.com and follow the voting instructions. Participants
should (a) complete the online entry form in its entirety and (b) vote
for their favorite pizza restaurant. The Final Round will feature 2
pizza restaurants with the most number of votes from Round Two. The
entry form must be completed in its entirety for the entry to be
considered eligible for this Sweepstakes.
3. One (1) entrant will
be randomly drawn at or about 8:00 AM MT on Wednesday, May 6, 2015. The
entrant will be selected from all eligible entries received prior to
7:59:59 A.M. MT, Thursday, April 23, 2015. The winner will be posted on
YourBigSky.com and will also be notified by a phone call and/or email.

The applicable winner must appear in person at the KSVI/KHMT station by
3:00 PM MT, Wednesday, May 6, 2015, to claim their prize.
General Rules:
The
applicable winner must appear in person at the KSVI/KHMT station at the
time and date specified to claim their prize. Any failure to contact
the KSVI/KHMT station in the time specified will result in such winner’s
forfeiture of the prize and a new winner being selected from all
remaining eligible entries by random drawing. Winner will be required
to complete any required waivers and releases before their prize will be
awarded. Any objection to or failure to sign the required releases
will result in forfeiture of the prize. No portion of the prize package
will be mailed under any circumstances.
Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The
prize includes only the specifically enumerated items listed in the
“prize” section above. The winner is solely responsible for the payment
of all federal, state and local taxes with respect to the prize. The
winner is responsible for any taxes resulting from his/her acceptance of
any prize associated with this Sweepstakes. The winner may receive an
IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from the Sponsors. All expenses on receipt
and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsors
may substitute prizes for prizes of like value in Sponsors' sole
discretion. The winner may not substitute prizes or redeem them for
cash. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred to any other party.
Failure of a participant to adhere to any of the terms and conditions outlined herein will result in a forfeiture of the prize.
Failure
to comply with these Official Rules may result in a participant's
disqualification, at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Sponsors reserve
the right to award any prize that is not timely claimed or retrieved in
future promotions conducted by Sponsors.
Sponsors reserve the
right to discontinue the participation privileges of any participant
(and void his/her entry) who engages in any fraudulent activity,
inappropriate behavior to gain an unfair advantage, or uses this
Sweepstakes in a manner inconsistent with these Official Rules or in
violation of any federal, state, local laws, statutes or ordinances or
with the intent to annoy, harm or abuse the Sponsors, their
representatives or any other participant. In addition to discontinuance
of participation privileges, Sponsors have the right to take appropriate
administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as
they deem necessary in their sole discretion.
Sponsors are not
responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of
any kind, lost or unavailable internet or SMS connections, failed,
incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions,
inability to access any website, cellular or online service, any
disconnection or loss of call, any other error or malfunction, late,
lost, illegible or misdirected entries, or for printing errors in any
advertisement, entry form or these Official Rules.
Entry
materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the
Sponsors determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any
suspected or actual electronic tampering with this Sweepstakes or if
technical difficulties compromise the integrity of this Sweepstakes, the
Sponsors reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or
terminate this Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the
prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date.
If this Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical
difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at
http://www.YourBigSky.com. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not
capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures,
or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors which corrupt or
affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole
discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes.
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant that tampers
with the operation of this Sweepstakes or violates the Official Rules of
this Sweepstakes.
The winner (i) except where legally
prohibited, by acceptance of the prize grants permission for Sponsors
(and agrees to confirm such agreement in writing) and their designees to
use his/her, and/or the designated child’s name, entry material, voice
and/or likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and
promotional purposes without further compensation, at any times or time,
in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the
Internet and/or World Wide Web without notice or review or approval;
(ii) will be required to execute and return a release and wavier of
liability; and (iii) will be required to provide their social security
number and current government-issued photo identification reasonably
satisfactory to Sponsors. If a winner refuses or does not complete and
fully-execute the release, or if a potential winner is found to be
ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if prize
notification is returned as undeliverable or goes unanswered, the prize
will be forfeited.
Sponsors disclaim all liabilities to winner
with respect to use of the prize. Participants agree that Sponsors and
their affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies, and
each of their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives, licensees, assignees and agents (collectively, the
"Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and are
released and shall be held harmless by participants from and against any
liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, to persons,
including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or
indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or
from participation in this Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related
activity.
Released Parties are not responsible for typographical,
printing or other errors or problems relating to or in connection with
this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems
which may occur in connection with the administration of this
Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the selection or announcement of
the winner or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.
Copies of
these Official Rules or a winners’ list may be obtained at KSVI/KHMT
studios during regular business hours, at YourBigSky.com or by mailing a
written request along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to
"Munchie Madness Sweepstakes" c/o KSVI/KHMT, 445 South 24th Street West,
Billings, MT 59102. Sponsors reserve the right to change these Official
Rules at any time.
