How to Enter:
Participants may visit participating sponsors’ locations to register for prizes beginning Friday, November 19 , 2010. Registration close dates vary by business. (See table below.) Participants must legibly and completely fill out the registration form provided by ABC 6 and FOX 4 available at each registration location. Participants are encouraged to register at all locations, but only one registration per person will be accepted at each location. Participants can only win one of the twelve prizes listed in the table below. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash nor may prizes be traded for other merchandise or service unless approved by the business providing the merchandise or service.
Beginning Monday, December 13th, one to three winners will be drawn each weekday with the Mattress King Grand Prize drawn on Thursday, December 23rd. Below is a list of the prizes and the locations to register for each particular prize.
Winners will be posted on YourBigSky.com and will be notified via email. If a winner is unreachable after four (4) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. All results posted on YourBigSky.com are unofficial until winners respond by phone. It is the responsibility of the winners to arrange prize pick up with the participating
business. All prizes should be retrieved by January 30, 2010 or will be returned to prize inventory.
In addition to registering for prize drawings at each participating business, participants may request a secret word from a clerk at each business. (Secret words will only be given out by request.) After all secret words are collected, contestants sign onto YourBigSky.com to complete the 12 Days of Christmas contest. Contestants that enter all secret words correctly will be entered into the Mattress King Grand Prize drawing. Deadline for entering all secret words is December 20, 2010 at 11:59PM. (The correct form and spelling of secret words must be entered to be accepted.)
The registrants that successfully complete the 12 Days of Christmas contest on YourBigSky.com will be added to the Mattress King registration box. The drawing for the Mattress King Grand Prize will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2010. The Grand Prize is a Mattress King California King Ultra Premium All Latex (Value $6499.00.)
Rules for Participation:
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest.
No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion. The promotion is open to U.S. residents residing within the KSVI/KHMT DMA, except for employees of KSVI/KHMT, YourBigSky.com, Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc., and Mission Broadcasting, Inc. (collectively, the “Station/s”), employees of other television and radio Station/ss in the KSVI/KHMT DMA, employees of Second Street Media, the affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies (if any) of all of the foregoing, and members of the families or persons living in the same household of all of the foregoing. Winners will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number and current government-issued photo identification reasonably acceptable to the participating businesses to claim their prize.
Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every (6) six months. By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to be bound by and comply with these Rules.
By participating in the promotion, all participants, including winners, agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Contest, without any further compensation from Station/s or participating businesses. Winners agree to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize. By accepting the prize, each winner grants to Station/s and any sponsors the right to use the winner’s name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).
All content submitted by participants may be used by the Station/s and sponsors for any purpose without further compensation or notice.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of any automated voting will lead to votes being voided. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Station/s or sponsors/judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Station/s/Sponsors/judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest or conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties, notice will be posted at YourBigSky.com. Station/s reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website, or violates the Official Rules of the Contest.
The Station/s participating businesses reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise indicated, all prizes must be picked up at the Station/s located at 445 South 24th Street West, Billings, MT 59102 within the predetermined time perid listed above or the prize becomes null and void. Winner agrees to accept all responsibility for any prize mailed to winner at winner’s request.

Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, releases the Station/s, all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
The Station/s/s, UPICKEM, Inc., Second Street Media and any sponsors (if any) are not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, any other error or malfunction, late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries, or for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form or the rules.
Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Station/s or participating businesses. Winner is responsible for all license and registration fees. Winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number and a copy of a current government-issued photo identification in such form as requested by the Station/s or participating businesses, and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and W-9 tax form for any prize over $100.
This promotion is void where prohibited by law. This promotion is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the promotion for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
