How to Submit Photos:

Participants may submit photos of their vehicle to YourBigSky.com beginning on Thursday, August 11, 2011 through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, September 11, 2011. Participants may submit photos of up to 4 of their vehicles but may only submit one photo per vehicle. More than one photo per vehicle will not be accepted. Photos must be of EXTERIOR of vehicle. Photos that show cars with the hood up or include the interior of the car are permitted.

Vehicle submissions will be divided into three categories: “1949 or earlier”, “1950-1979”, and “1980 – Present Day”. The category will be determined based on the original manufacturing date of the vehicle as indicated on the vehicle title.

Additional Entry Rules:

Participants must be at least 16 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest.

No purchase is necessary to enter this Contest. The contest is open to U.S. residents residing within the KSVI/KHMT DMA, except for employees of KSVI/KHMT, YourBigSky.com, Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc., and Mission Broadcasting, Inc. (collectively, the “Station”), employees of other television and radio stations in the KSVI/KHMT DMA, employees of Second Street Media, the affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies (if any) of all of the foregoing, and members of the families or persons living in the same household of all of the foregoing. Winners will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number and current government-issued photo identification reasonably acceptable to the Station to claim their prize.

Viewers are eligible to win a Station contest only once every sixty (60) days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every (6) six months. By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by and comply with these Rules.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and votes received.

Round 1 Voting:

Users will logon to the contest page at YourBigSky.com and vote for their favorite vehicle photo in each category between Monday, September 12, 2011 at 9:00 AM and Sunday, October 2, 2011 at 11:59 PM. Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. One vote per person per day per category is allowed. Detection of any automated voting will lead to votes being voided. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Station or sponsors/judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Station/Sponsors/judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest or conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties, notice will be posted at YourBigSky.com. Station reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website, or violates the Official Rules of the Contest.

The photo in each category with the most votes will receive the prize set forth in the “Prize” Section below, and will be posted on YourBigSky.com on Monday, October 3 at 9:00AM.

The five photos in each category receiving the most votes will advance to Round 2.

Round 2 Voting:

Users will logon to the contest page at YourBigSky.com and vote for their favorite vehicle photo from amongst the 15 photos advanced from Round 1 between Monday, October 3, 2011 at 9:00AM and Sunday, October 16, 2011, 11:59 PM. Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. One vote per person per day is allowed. Detection of any automated voting will lead to votes being voided. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Station or sponsors/judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Station/Sponsors/judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest or conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received. The photo with the most votes from Round 2 will be declared the People’s Choice Grand Prize Winner and will be posted on YourBigSky.com on Monday, October 17, 2011, 9:00AM.

Winners will be posted on YourBigSky.com and will be notified via email. If a winner is unreachable after four (4) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If YourBigSky.com cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

All results posted on YourBigSky.com are unofficial until winners respond to notification.

People’s Choice “Grand” Prize: Kenwood CD Receiver, 800W Magnum Bass System, Magna Bass Amp (package valued at $400) from Good Vibrations, a Detail Package from Top Tech Automotive ($150) and a Gift Certificate to Northland Automotive ($100).

The Station reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise indicated, all prizes must be picked up at the Station located at 445 South 24th Street West, Billings, MT 59102 within ten days of notification or the prize becomes null and void. Winner agrees to accept all responsibility for any prize mailed to winner at winner's request.

General Information:
By participating in the Contest, all participants, including winners, agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Contest, without any further compensation from Station. Winners agree to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize. By accepting the prize, each winner grants to Station and any sponsors the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).

All content submitted by participants may be used by the Station and sponsors for any purpose without further compensation or notice.

Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, releases the Station, all sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

The Station, UPICKEM, Inc., Second Street Media and any sponsors (if any) are not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, any other error or malfunction, late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries, or for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form or the rules.

Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Station. Winner is responsible for all license and registration fees. Winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number and a copy of a current government-issued photo identification in such form as requested by the Station, and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and W-9 tax form for any prize over $100.

This contest is void where prohibited by law. This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
