Contest: A Christmas Message: Out of the Mouths of Babes
Date: November 12, 2012-December 15, 2012
Prizes: 4 North Pole Adventure Packages. Each package includes an overnight (one night) stay at the Yogo Inn, Lewistown for a family of 4 (Double Queen Poolside Room) and 4 tickets to the North Pole Adventure are for Saturday, December 15, 2012.

Rules for Participation:
No age limit, but children must be accompanied by an adult to claim prizes.
No purchase is necessary to enter this Contest. The contest is open to U.S. residents residing within the KSVI/KHMT DMA, except for employees of KSVI/KHMT, YourBigSky.com, Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc., and Mission Broadcasting, Inc. (collectively, the “Station”), employees of other television and radio stations in the KSVI/KHMT DMA, the affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies (if any) of all of the foregoing, and members of the families or persons living in the same household of all of the foregoing.
Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every (6) six months. By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by and comply with these Rules.
How to Enter:
Participants may enter several ways: They can pick up a “A Christmas Message Page” at any of the locations listed below, at ABC 6/FOX 4 or download the page from YourBigSky.com. Messages can be dropped off at ABC 6/FOX 4 or emailed to pking@ksvi.com. Christmas messages must be submitted between Monday, November 12 and Sunday, November 25 at midnight. Submissions deadline extended through Sunday, December 2 at midnight. (Revised November 26) Participants may submit only one message. If a participant submits more than one, the participant will be disqualified and all submitted messages will be deleted.
Message Restrictions: Messages may not contain, as determined by the Station in its sole discretion, any content that:
- · is obscene, offensive, sexually explicit or suggestive; violent; derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; endorses any form of hate or hate group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
- · promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
- · contains products or trademarks of any Sponsor competitor;
- · defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about any person or company;
- · contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission, to the extent permission is necessary; contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
- · contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including, without limitation, photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission, to the extent permission is necessary;
- · contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission, to the extent permission is necessary;
- · contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead;
- · communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which Sponsor wishes to associate; and/or
- · violates any law or regulation.
Messages must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the photo contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties (e.g., photograph was taken by someone other than entrant), the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the entry by Station in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, permission from the photographer to use the photo and name and likeness permissions from any person (or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) who appears in or is identifiable in the entry. Station reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Station from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide such proof will render entry null and void. By submitting an entry, entrant warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the photo consent to the submission and use of the photo in the Contest and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.
Selection of Winners
Messages submitted by the entry deadline will be voted on by viewers. Voting begins on November 26 at 9:00AM and closes on Sunday, December 9, at midnight. (Although submission deadline extended, voting dates remain the same.) The four (4) messages receiving the highest number of votes will be the winners.
Winners will be posted on YourBigSky.com, Monday, December 10 at 9:00 AM. Winners also will be notified via email. If a winner is unreachable after 24 hours or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, the message receiving the next highest votes will be selected as an alternate winner.
All results posted on YourBigSky.com are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Prizes:
4 North Pole Adventure packages for Saturday, December 15, 5:00PM. Train boards at Ware, MT, 40 miles from Lewistown half-hour prior to departure time of 5:00P. Boarding is on a first come first serve basis (everyone will have a seat), which means you want to get there early so your party can all sit together.
Prize certificates must be picked up at KSVI/KHMT, 445 South 24th Street West by Thursday, December 13 at 4PM. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the message receiving the next highest votes.
All expenses, including taxes, on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be responsible for all other costs and fees associated with the prize (including, but not limited to meals and transportation to and from the point of departure and Inn.)
No prize transfers. Sponsors may substitute prizes for prizes of like value, in the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

Additional Rules.
Winners will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number and current government-issued photo identification reasonably acceptable to the Station to claim their prize.
By participating in the Contest, all participants, including winners, agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Contest, without any further compensation from Station. Winners and all travel companions (if minors, their guardians) agree to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize. By accepting the prize, each winner and all travel companions (if minors, their parents or guardians) grants to Station and any sponsors the right to use the winner’s name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).
All content submitted by participants may be used by the Station and sponsors for any purpose without further compensation or notice. Participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsors are not responsible for any unauthorized use of photos by third parties.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of any automated voting will lead to votes being voided. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Station or sponsors/judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Station/Sponsors/judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest or conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties, notice will be posted at YourBigSky.com. Station reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website, or violates the Official Rules of the Contest.
The Station reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise indicated, all prizes must be picked up at the Station located at 445 South 24th Street West, Billings, MT 59102 within ten days of notification or the prize becomes null and void. Winner agrees to accept all responsibility for any prize mailed to winner at winner’s request
The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright of the Station. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner and all travel companions (if minors, their parents or guardians), by acceptance of the prize, releases the Station, all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
The Station and any sponsors (if any) are not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, any other error or malfunction, late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries, or for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form or the rules.
Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Station. Winner is responsible for all license and registration fees.
This contest is void where prohibited by law. This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
Nexstar Broadcasting reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
